Is “Good Posture” Actually Bad For You?

Growing up we are often told to sit up straight and pull our shoulders back.  We’re taught that “good posture” is important not only for looking good, but for the health and strength of our bodies as well. But what if that posture is not only masking some serious alignment issues, but also contributing to the imbalances, pain, and dysfunction in our bodies?
