These 30 minute private online consultations are designed to address any movement goal you are working on in an easily accessible, personalized way. We’ll chat about what’s on your mind body-wise – any areas of pain or restriction, mobility and alignment goals – and I’ll give you some tips and exercises that you can start implementing right away. In this course, you’ll learn exercises for mobilizing and strengthening the feet, as well as tips for how to integrate more foot healthy movement into your day. Doing the exercises will help restore the natural function of the feet, and implementing the movement and lifestyle tips will help you enhance and maintain the progress you’ve made. Cost: $17-27
