In this private one-on-one consultation, you will get personalized, expert advice on creating a dynamic workstation that supports better alignment and movement habits throughout your workday. You will also receive a personal alignment assessment as well as recommended Restorative Exercises for improving your main areas of discomfort and misalignment.
A truly dynamic workspace goes so far beyond just switching to a standing desk. In your session we’ll talk about not only office equipment, but also how to reduce wear and tear on everything from your feet to your pelvic floor to your eyeballs. These 30 minute private online consultations are designed to address any movement goal you are working on in an easily accessible, personalized way. We’ll chat about what’s on your mind body-wise – any areas of pain or restriction, mobility and alignment goals – and I’ll give you some tips and exercises that you can start implementing right away.
