Did you know that how you use your body could be contributing to your menstrual cramps? Issues like tight leg muscles, a weak pelvic floor, and poor alignment can interrupt your body’s natural mechanics and lead to unnecessary pain and suffering every month.
I didn’t know this until I started learning about Restorative Exercise. By implementing some simple changes to my lifestyle and the way I move my body, I was able to decrease, and eventually ELIMINATE, my menstrual cramps.
